NOW HIRING: DISPATCHER
Location: Little Rock, AR Pay: $20-$25/hour DOE Full-Time Are you an experienced Dispatcher or Transportation/Logistics professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We're looking for a dependable, organized Dispatcher to oversee daily transportation operations and keep trucks, drivers, and customers moving efficiently! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Dispatch trucks and coordinate pickup & delivery of roll-off boxes Schedule and oversee drivers and transportation staff Monitor driver hours, vacations, equipment issues, and safety concerns Maintain inventory of trucks, trailers, and roll-offs Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation and shipments Monitor loaded trailers and yard activity Handle customer calls, questions, and complaints Coordinate truck, tire, wash, and equipment repairs Help optimize routes and transportation efficiency Ensure paperwork and daily/month-end processes are accurate Work closely with management, vendors, suppliers, and customers Provide leadership, training, and support to transportation personnel Serve as a backup to the Scale Department WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Transportation, dispatch, logistics, or fleet management experience • Knowledge of different trucks/trailers - roll-offs, flatbeds, dump trucks, etc. • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of transportation safety regulations • Experience managing drivers and improving performance • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with routing software and fleet management systems • Ability to work professionally with customers, vendors, and employees PAY: $20-$25 PER HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Ready to put your transportation and leadership experience to work?
